I loved the cozy and beautiful garden where I enjoyed my delicious breakfast in the sunny conservatory. The staff was very friendly and helpful providing me with tips for excellent restaurants away from the waterfront. The location was perfect for me, close to the University. The hotel facilities were great, and the room was spacious and clean.
No negatives from this place. Everything was perfect!

Stayed at a lovely guest house over Easter weekend this year. The breakfast was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. The location was very convenient, being close to many good restaurants and shops. I also enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere in the garden area, perfect for spending some downtime.
It seemed as if it had not been properly cleaned before our arrival, with dust on the furniture and bathroom not being fully stocked with toiletries. the noise from nearby construction sites was quite disturbing, especially early in the morning.

Warm, friendly inn, located close to the University of Capetown campus, where we were visiting my daughter. Not many places in this location. Excellent price and convenient to everything!

The hotel is situated perfectly. It's easily accessible to a fantastic restaurant, and the sunny garden is incredible. You will find everything necessary, including a cozy room, well-lit bathroom, great service, and delicious breakfast. There are beautiful ceramic tiles and artwork on the walls, which are delightful. the well-groomed front yard, trees, birds, and swinging chair will impress you. You won't regret choosing this hotel.
The lighting, especially in the bathroom, is a little too dim, which made it hard for me to put my contact lenses in.
